Meredith Kleinman is a Los Angeles based Interior Designer who studied Interior Design and Architecture at Woodbury University. After graduating, she moved to New York City to begin a career as a resident artist for world renowned Peter Marino Architect + Associates whose client list includes Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Christian Dior. Before returning to Los Angeles and establishing her own design studio, she spent several years abroad where she learned from artisans and acquired both European and Japanese design sensibilities.
Meredith has worked on a wide range of residential projects, some of which won her an awards on design sponge and apartment therapy. Others include celebrity homes, and corporate clients such as The Grove at Fairfax. Her passions are modern design, Japanese influences, and executing traditional design with a contemporary flair through her decorative painting, murals and wall treatments.
Meredith loves the idea of reaching out to a clientele who can’t typically afford professional design work. She is a designer who leans toward a hands on approach, meaning a lot of her projects include things made or adapted by her. This gives financial flexibility along with the look of handmade vs. machine made. She also does custom painting at the jobsite which allows her to oversee the project easily, and facilitate the communication between contractors and client. She truly loves the creative process and being able to exceed the goals of her clients.
